These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IntelliAi website and your use of IntelliAi software products.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the site or using a product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and licenses

Licenses are provisioned by Iconique after a quote and grant you the right to use the software as described in the License Agreement. Trial licenses grant temporary, evaluation-only access.

3. Licensing and billing

There is no online checkout. Licenses and billing are arranged directly with our team following a quote. Terms (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or a custom period) are agreed as part of that process.

4. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by law or the License Agreement.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliAi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
