End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and IntelliAi.

1. License grant

IntelliAi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for the agreed term, validated by your license key.

2. License keys

Each key is validated online and tied to your license. The key remains valid for the licensed term.

3. Restrictions

You may not share keys, redistribute the software, or circumvent license checks.

4. Trials

Trial licenses are for evaluation only, are time-limited, and may include limitations.

5. Termination

This license terminates if you breach the Agreement or when the licensed term ends.
